about

Elevator Suite is a 3 piece electronic pop group formed in January, 1999 by DJs Andy Childs and Paul "Robbo" Roberts, and producer/multi-instrumentalist Steve Grainger.

The group fuses rock, 'lounge' and house.

Their first single was "Man in a Towel" which quickly gained popularity in the UK and was followed by "Backaround". These first two singles were both crowned as Radio 1’s "Record of the Week", and thereafter they toured Europe and appeared numerous times on TV.

Their debut album Barefoot & Shitfaced was released on October 25, 1999 on Infectious Records.
